My wife always came home smelling of wine and it rolls in her mouth

I have always trusted my wife a lot, because she has always had all the posture in the world as my wife, but she always came home with a tremendous smell of in her mouth after work, as if there was a man besides me in bed and that bothers me a lot, because it makes me really wonder if in fact she is so faithful when she is not with me.
